OUR MOTIVATION IS SUCCESS

The main scope of our activity is the commercial real estate market. We build and administer commercial and service facilities throughout Poland. Our investments are located in small and medium-sized cities – always in the centre, often in the vicinity of communication stations or directly on their premises. By making space available to tenants, we try to fill the local market, introducing brands awaited by residents and those already operating in a given region but need a better location or larger square meters. We start every project with a thorough analysis of all the factors affecting the result. Investments are planned and designed in such a way as to be as functional as possible and at the same time modern and economical to maintain.

INBAP GROUP conducts the entire investment process related to the construction of retail and services facilities in Poland. The Group independently and comprehensively implements projects – from finding the best-located plots, through the preparation of construction designs, to execution and commercialisation of space.

Thanks to a thorough location analysis, the tenants of investments carried out by INBAP GROUP include well known retail chains. Our galleries, shopping centres, and parks are being built in places with a well-functioning public transport network. They are often the first facilities of this type in their towns/cities.
