INBAP GROUP is a group of more than a dozen entities with a wide range of activities, which have been successfully operating in the real estate and capital markets for more than 30 years. Our business activities include service and commercial and residential developments in small and medium-sized cities, as well as transhipment and warehouse projects in the east of Poland. We currently have dozens of investments spread across Poland in our portfolio and we are working hard to ensure that this number continues to grow.
INBAP REAL ESTATE
We realise commercial and service projects throughout Poland. In just a decade, we have been able to establish and successfully administer nine facilities.
We plan to add a further four sites to our portfolio in the near future.
INBAP Terminal is located in the town of Małaszewicze Małe near Terespol – on the so-called New Silk Road, next to Poland's eastern border, on the main rail route connecting Western Europe with Russia and the Far East. Within the framework of its concession, it undertakes the handling, storage and filtration of high-coagulant products, as well as the handling of liquid fuels.
INBAP Terminal Czuprynowo is located in the Kuźnica municipality, on the Kuźnica Białostocka – Sokółka railway line, 6 kilometres from the Polish border with Belarus and just 1.5 kilometres from national road 19.
Our base provides comprehensive logistics services for international rail transport, storage and transhipment of goods from broad gauge wagons to normal gauge wagons and vice versa, and to cars.
The largest modern, fully functional transshipment terminal on Poland's eastern wall. Its activities focus on the reception, handling and dispatch of full-load shipments. The extensive project area opens up unlimited possibilities for the handling and storage of all types of containers.
Our development activities currently include projects in Biała Podlaska and Łuków. The development will include nearly 250 comfortable flats in a modern design and an excellent location.
