INBAP Group owns, among other things, nine functioning retail and service facilities, six projects currently under development and numerous properties located in Poland. Our activities also include transhipment and warehousing projects located on the Polish eastern wall and residential investments in the primary market area.
The INBAP Group team consists of more than two hundred qualified employees and numerous experts working together on individual projects and investments.
The company’s head office is located in Warsaw and the management office in Biała Podlaska.

COMPANY’S ACTIVITY
We are involved in investments. We have gained experience in this sector by building and then managing facilities with a service and commercial profile in various regions of Poland. INBAP Group’s developments are planned and designed to be as functional as possible, yet modern and economical to maintain.
Our real estate activities also include the construction of residential buildings. We are currently working on two investments in the Lubelskie Voivodeship.
One of our priorities is the transhipment and warehousing projects we are implementing in Małaszewicze Małe near Terespol – on the so-called New Silk Road, next to the country’s eastern border, on the main rail route connecting Western Europe with Russia and the Far East. Our bases offer handling, storage and filtration capacities for a wide range of products, and the ongoing expansion and modernisation aims to expand our offer with entirely new products and functionalities and to increase the quality of the services offered.
